New IPI project with Derby Museums - refurbish and rebuild The Silk Mill - Museum of Making

We're in commercial alignment and hoping that all goes well for a run into Phase 1 in the New Year. Our current team are Bauman Lyons, GCA, Preston Barber, Speller Metcalfe, Derry Building Services and Leach Colour. Lots of fun to be had on the way. We are all looking forward to a successful project ending late summer 2020.
